A “Gift Card” refers to a digital card preloaded with currency to spend on 2bTanned products via our UK online store.
Gift Cards are currently redeemable only at 2btanned.com and not at our retail partners or pop-up locations.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase 2bTanned Salon subscriptions online.
The value of each Gift Card includes VAT.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Each Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method.
If your purchase is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Gift Cards must be used within their validity period. Expired cards cannot be redeemed, refunded, or credited.
We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card at any time. If this happens, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
Treat your Gift Card like cash — lost, stolen, or altered cards won’t be replaced or refunded.
We may correct your Gift Card balance if a clerical or accounting error occurs.
2BTanned is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
