2bTanned accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out with our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at time of checkout, missing address information can cause delays or mis-delivery.

If no-one is available at the address provided at time of delivery, DPD will look at your delivery preferences for alternative arrangements enabled on your account such as leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or Pick Up Shop. These settings can be adjusted once tracking details have been provided or removed.

As these services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and 2bTanned are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen.

If you need assistance with the delivery of your parcel, please contact us at info@2btanned.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate this with DPD within 48 hours of your parcel showing as delivered. Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Whether the sun is shining or behind the clouds, your skin still needs protection. In the morning apply your chosen SPF from the 2bTanned collection and allow 15-20 minutes for your SPF to fully absorb into your skin.

Yes. Sunscreen with SPF reduces UV damage but does not block all UV rays, meaning you can still develop a gradual tan while protecting your skin from sunburn and premature ageing.

For safe sun exposure, use at least SPF 30. Higher protection such as SPF 50 offers
stronger defence against UVB rays while still allowing a natural tan to develop gradually.

Yes. Fake tan does not contain sun protection, so you must apply a broad-spectrum SPF over your self-tan. 2bTanned SPF products are designed to layer easily without affecting your colour.

No. Higher SPF filters out more UVB radiation but does not prevent all UV exposure, so controlled tanning can still occur with proper sun protection.

Reapply sunscreen every two hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying to maintain effective UV protection.
