If you have changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us with your name and order number via email at info@2btanned.co.uk.

We can accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. 2bTanned does not offer a free returns service and the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.

2bTanned accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out with our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at time of checkout, missing address information can cause delays or mis-delivery.

If no-one is available at the address provided at time of delivery, DPD will look at your delivery preferences for alternative arrangements enabled on your account such as leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or Pick Up Shop. These settings can be adjusted once tracking details have been provided or removed.

As these services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and 2bTanned are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen.

If you need assistance with the delivery of your parcel, please contact us at info@2btanned.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate this with DPD within 48 hours of your parcel showing as delivered. Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Yes. When spaces reopen, everyone on the waiting list is offered access before we open spaces to the public.

Self-tanning products contain DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), which reacts with the outer layer of the skin to create a temporary bronzed tone without sun exposure.

A self-tan typically lasts between 4 and 10 days, depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Regular moisturising helps maintain an even fade.

Exfoliate beforehand, moisturise dry areas such as elbows and knees, and apply evenly with a tanning mitt in circular motions. 2bTanned mousses and waters are formulated for smooth, streak-free blending.

High-quality self-tanning formulas, including 2bTanned products, are developed with balanced undertones to deliver a natural, sun-kissed finish when applied correctly.

Self-tan is generally considered safe because it works on the surface layer of the skin without UV exposure. Patch testing is recommended for sensitive or reactive skin.

To prolong your tan, moisturise daily, avoid harsh exfoliants, and top up with a gradual
tanning product to maintain a consistent glow.
