2bTanned accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out with our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at time of checkout, missing address information can cause delays or mis-delivery.

If no-one is available at the address provided at time of delivery, DPD will look at your delivery preferences for alternative arrangements enabled on your account such as leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or Pick Up Shop. As these services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery.
